Under the splendid sun of Puglia, between the colors and scents of the land and the Adriatic sea, stands Villa Mariachiara in Monopoli. Outside the structure there is a large swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, framed within a garden with lawn and centuries-old olive trees.
Everything for your comfort
The pool is overlooked by three patios equipped with every comfort, to enjoy the shade at any time of day. The first is located in front of the living room and organized with a table, two chairs and a single-seat swing. From the kitchen, then, you enter the second patio overlooking the pool and ancient olive trees. Finally, from the master bedroom and the kitchen, there is access to the third patio which also overlooks the swimming pool, equipped with table, chairs and sofas for moments of pure relaxation.
Relax and good food
The outdoor area of Villa Mariachiara cannot be used only to paint one’s body with a splendid tan in the solarium area equipped with sunbeds or to cool off with a regenerating dip in the pool. The outdoor area of Villa Mariachiara, in fact, is well equipped with a barbecue corner to organize barbecues with family or friends in the magical Apulian nights and with an external tuff shower to cool off in the open air.
