Set in the beautiful landscape of the Apulian countryside, Villa Mariachiara welcomes you in the tranquility and harmony that only Puglia can offer. The design of the Villa is completely Mediterranean, thanks to the use of light and modern furnishings and the typical climate of the residences of these lands. Located inside the Dyria residence between Monopoli and Conversano, Villa Mariachiara consists of two double bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom in the room, a living room with a sofa bed and dining area, an equipped kitchen and a small terrace to which it is accessed from outside the structure. All the rooms overlook the two patios thanks to large French windows and are equipped with air conditioners. Imagined, designed and furnished in a mix of modern and traditional style, the villa can accommodate up to six people.

Villa Mariachiara in Monopoli has everything you need to spend a holiday in total relaxation and with all the comforts. Airy and very bright, the Villa offers style and comfort in a typically Mediterranean context with olive trees and centuries-old trees. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and coffee machine. The living area is furnished with two sofas, one of which becomes a double bed, a dining table and TV. A small corridor then leads to the bathroom with shower which separates the two bedrooms. In particular, on the left we find the master bedroom with a full-length wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Functionality is also linked to beauty. Villa Mariachiara, in fact, offers additional services such as free wi-fi and ample parking.

Villa Mariachiara boasts an excellent location: a few meters away we find a market, a butcher, a post office, a gas station, a bar with a pizzeria that also provides home delivery. Just outside the residence, there is a bus stop to reach the center of Monopoli. But not only. Villa Mariachiara is only 20 km from Alberobello, 8 km from the center of Monopoli, 14 km from the splendid beaches of Capitolo and the enchanting Polignano a Mare and 30 km from the Itria Valley.
